I had somewhat realized that, yes. *wry smile* I'll let you in on a little secret? I'm not comfortable in them myself. It's all just an act I learned when I came back from my first travels and found myself famous.

*slight frown* I haven't been writing much. I thought to work on a novel as we traveled, but other things have been taking my attention lately. It can't be easy for Aislinn...

*grins* We'll see.

((Either that, or I've just been responsible? Mostly? Sort of? Clearly not completely...lol But I'm watching a meeting for work, needing to be on IM for my supervisor who's in the meeting in case she has questions or needs me to look something up, so watching something else is bad? Oh, I'm not lacking inspiration. Merely focus. It's still all rather vague, though. *quick grin* More a semi-autobiographical account of our travels in narrative form that I'll have to sell as science fiction with details changed to protect the innocent and not-so-innocent.

Luckily no one ever expects me to be the life of the party, so. It works well enough if I just manage to look aloof and mysterious.

*shrugs* We went to an artists' colony once on some planet. That helped. He's got some notion of taking her to the Eternals now to attempt to inspire them? I'm sketchy on the details.

Oh, that's an idea. I'm quite good at being mysterious. Infuriating talent, I've been told.

Ah, well, I got...distracted. Saving worlds, aiding resistances, thwarting invasions... I made notes, but the hands-on research didn't go very well. 'Historical mysteries' is a far more difficult topic than I'd imagined.
