I friended you 'cause writing you was great fun on thetenspot, and continues to be.

Dorothy is amazing. Honestly, I can't remember the books I read very well (for shame, yes, need to get them) but you capture the spirit of them, of her, so wonderfully. You make me feel like I'm in Oz - and the way you describe it is just beautiful.

You make her tragic and fun both, full of cynicism and childish awe all at once, and it's always believable, always a joy to read. If I didn't love her before, I certainly do now - and the Doctor is quite fond of her as well.
