The Doctor had kneeled down to begin repairing some damaged circuity in the console.

Then he couldn't get up again.

There was an indignant mew in the folds of his clothing before a pale head emerged, followed soon after by a small furry body.

Well. You did have to be careful what you wished for. After a resigned look at his tools the Doctor trotted over to the doors and peeked outside.

She purred, butting back gently, some of her exuberance reduced.

The Doctor nuzzled, his own purr growing louder. He stepped forward to rub against her, only to slip on the damp grass and fall against her instead.

Aislinn squeaked a little in surprise, rolling down into the grass, purring more.

He collapsed on top of her, eyes shining with laughter he couldn't properly express as he struggled to get upright again. He pretty much just ended up tangling himself with grass and kitten.

She wriggled a little underneath him, but she was such a little kitten, that in the end she just ended up licking under his chin enthusiastically again, purring.

Had he been entirely in his right mind he'd have wondered if this would look indecent, but he was a kitten and kittens didn't worry about such things.

Instead he rubbed his nose against hers, purring happily. This was fun, and nice, and dammit he was going to enjoy it.

Oops. He didn't think kittens cursed.

She was fairly determined to never, ever stop being a kitten. She purred more and wriggled in kittenish glee, nuzzling back. It was even nicer when other people were kittens, too.


((ooc: OMG. *clings* Save me. The freakin' Senate decided to recess until 6PM. Then they'll come back for more debate. I have had nothing to do since Thursday at 2 PM. It's hours, yes, but I'm SO freakin' bored......))

He started grooming her, in retaliation for earlier. There might have been a mischevious glint in his eyes if you looked the right way.

((*snuggles* I can see why! I could try...jabbing them with pins to get them going quicker? ...From here?))

She ducked her head, now trying to wriggle away because it tickled, and yet was soothing all at the same time.

((*whimpers* Bored. Hungry. Stupid Senate. Silly Assembly just got started back, too. *curls up*))

His eyes were downright sparkling, and he attempts to trap her between his paws. Their purring had seemed to combine in his ear, into one natural, comforting sound.

((*snuggles you* Sorry I didn't reply sooner. xp How's it going?))

She wriggled more, at the same time managing to lick more, though her purring said clearly she's just playing, even when she batted with her back paws a little.


((*snugs* No worries. Still at work. No idea when it'll be done. Still nothing to do but sit here and watch them debate.))

He nipped gently at her fur in response, keeping his paws firmly on the ground. So far.

She squeaked a little in surprise, then tilted her head and butted it gently against his with an inquiring little trill of a meow.
