Centuries old Time Lord looking for much younger companion. Can be smug, verbose, tetchy, and condescending. Likes to stick his nose in the business of others, despite likelihood of it getting cut off. Has an annoying habit of being right, sometimes entirely by accident. Never talks about personal subjects, and tries to avoid romance at all costs. Needs someone who loves travel, is very good at running, and doesn't mind regular peril.
